We’ve tallied up all the numbers and the winner is clear:  Santa Cruz, California! Runner up: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Philly put in a good showing but Santa Cruz came out on top.  Selene from Philadelphia says they’ll be gunning for it again next year so watch out!
